We strongly recommend a tablet for its versatility. Alternatively, a laptop or smartphone can be used. You will also need headphones and a good internet connection. You should be confident using Zoom

We ship you two mannequins. One mannequin is for the program. The second mannequin is for additional practice as directed by Nick, in case of a mistake, and/or for your own practice.

If you do miss a lesson, we will send you the recording*. Please note, however, that part of the concept of this digital training program is to learn together because we can accomplish more when we study in a cooperative learning environment. We strongly recommend attending all classes to get the most out of the program.
*Each attendee is limited to two class recordings.

Yes. It’s a fully hands-on program. Each attendee is allocated a mannequin and practices a variety of techniques under Nick’s interactive instruction.
